you would need a key mod to picatinny rail adapter BUT adding a fore grip to a AR style pistol makes it a illegal AOW subject to the requirements of the National Firearms Act (NFA) so you would need to do the paperwork, pay the tax stamp ($200.00) and receive approval before you could add it
