Hi Richard, the differences are usually 3 magazines instead of 2 and no magazine "disconnect" feature. I would call Walther Customer Service/Product Information at: (479) 242-8500 (USA) Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Central Time for a definitive answer though.
