Unless you order the gun directly from Bud's, yes there is a transfer fee. Last I checked it was $25 per firearm. Check their website or give them a call to be absolutely sure of the amount. Have you checked to see if Buds will match or beat the price your looking at? They are very competitive, if you set up a online account with Buds, you can use their price match guarantee option as well as their convenient layaway plan. Hope this helps.
