John, no it is a separate cylinder for the two different cartridges. It comes with one of each
No the gun comes with 2 cylinders this is necessary because the 22 mag has a larger diameter case than the 22lr and will not fit in the 22lr chamber the 22lr will fit to loosely in the 22mag chamber and can have ruptured cases (unsafe) if shot in the 22m cylinder
John, This firearm ships with 2 cylinders. 22 lr and 22 magnum. Easily changed by pushing in button on end of cylinder ejector rod. Pull cylinder ejector rod forward. Pull back hammer. Cylinder falls right out. Place replacement cylinder in frame. Push button on injector rod as you reinsert into center of cylinder. Release hammer.
John, no Sir. The 22 Magnum case is actually slightly wider than the 22 LR Case so North American Arms supplies both a 22 Mag and 22 LR Cylinder for this combination package.
