Harut, no Sir, the 380 version Beretta is not on the CA DOJ approved Roster. A possible substitute would be the 92FS Compact : https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/90330/beretta+92fs+9m+10r+cmpt+bru%2frl
