Alex, this Patriot includes a Bushnell Banner 3-9x40 Variable Scope.

At one time it came with the Bushnell Banner 3x9 but Mossberg does not list what scope is on it and thins like scopes are subject to change I suggest contacting Mossberg and asking what scope they are currently using Tel: (203) 230-5300 | 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern Fax: (203) 230-5420
