Thomas, This magazine pouch is for single stack magazines. It does have adjustable tension, but have never tried double stack magazines in it. Works great for 1911 magazines. It is a little bulky.

Thomas, no Sir. The S&W M&P 2.0 9mm Magazines would be too wide to fit.
