Ricky, no Sir. It has too many CA restricted features such as Pistol grip, Folding or telescoping stock and Flash suppressor or flashhider etc as detailed under Rifles here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf
