Erik, There is quality ammunition off the shelf that will be very accurate with this firearm. The firearm is capable of very good accuracy. It comes down to shooter and conditions.
The CZ rifles I've owned and/or had the opportunity to shoot have been well made and very accurate. European shooters and hunters have a much different attitude because gun ownership is somewhat limited. Where Americans like to own lots of guns Europeans own few but want quality. They also have a much higher skill level and want accurate rifles. You need to pass a shooting test to hunt in most places.
Erik, Gun, shooter, ammunition and conditions are all required to bring together a sub MOA rifle. This rifle is mechanically capable of sub MOA accuracy and I would experiment with a few brands of 308 to get to the load it likes best then stock up.
Check out Bergara rifles, they're (in my opinion) much better than CZ.
Sub MOA with match ammo or well managed hand loads.
