Does this gun have Picatinny rail running along the top of it? Also, does the gun come with a picatinny rail/swivel stud attachment for the handguard?

This rifle only has rail along the top of the receiver, the top of the handguard doesn't have any. Only certain models come with the swivel stud, this doesn't appear to have it. Thank you!

The only rail is on top of the receiver. It is 20 MOA. It comes with attachments for sling and bipod.
