John, Yes your order has been sent to the shipping department. Be patient. My last 2 orders were one week apart and over 20,000 orders happened that week. BUDs is swamped.

it sounds like you paid with a e check they are held for 5 working days then sent to the shipping department *(shipping) after the e check clears when it ships buds will send you a tracking number
