yes they need a copy of your FOID card "Customers must possess a valid Illinois FOID (Firearm Owner's ID) card to purchase firearms or ammunition anywhere in Illinois. Alternately, persons possessing a valid Illinois Concealed Carry License may present their valid license in lieu of the FOID card. It must be faxed or emailed to us prior to shipment."
