Comes with two recoil springs, one for heavier loads and one for lighter loads (like "wimpy" practice reloads used for practice). One will probably be green - this is for the lighter loads. One switches them out depending on ammo. Only use one at a time.

David, there will be 2 individual Recoil Springs. One for regular loads and one for more powerful loads Sir. They will be used separately depending on the load you are using.
