Charles, Buds does not carry it but, Remington has your needs covered : https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1019750024/remington-ultimate-defense-buckshot-ammunition-20-gauge-2-3-4-reduced-recoil-3-buckshot-17-pellets
Charles - Pretty much any name brand shotshells in #4 buckshot will serve you well. IMO, this would be ideal: budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/63493/federal+pd2564b+premium+personal+defense+20+ga+275%22+24+pellets+5rd%2fbx You don;t need any gimmicks or 'supercalifragilisticexpialidocious' $5 per shot magic defense, round. Believe me, if you are shooting at someone in your house, the brand shell you're using will not matter, and you'll not even notice the recoil. Avoid slugs, and I say avoid the 00 buckshot. You're going to be concerned about over penetration inside a dwelling. Get yourself some 'low recoil' ammo for practice/range training ... where you WILL notice the recoil.
any 2 3/4 inch buckshot load will be fine and in a true home defense situation you will not notice recoil
