I recently took a interest to these type of firearms, so I went into my local gun dealer to see what they had. They only had the Remington tac 14 in stock, so I asked about the Charles Daly and he turned up his face and mentioned they had them before but they were a hard sell.
So I'm wondering whats the 411 on these, being a Engineer from design I like the Charles Daly grip and the rail for a light on the pump, but I am inexperienced as far as "shotguns".

Andrew, people just naturally migrate to the Shockwave and Tac-14 becauthe names are most familiar. The Charles Daly's are comparable in quality but parts and suppurt are more well established on the Mossberg's and Remington's. Folks buy what's familiar mostly.
