Mike, thanks for re-posting with the photo link. This is a factory option on all these types of shotguns. All the detachable magazine models have a non functional magazine tube (it serves as the pump guide only). So, it's either the tube version or the detachable mag version as they both won't work simultaneously.

I could not find that model at the emperor web site so i am not sure it is available

Mike, Emperor does have a magazine fed model of the Duke. BUDs does not have that item in stock. It is not a conversion, but a different shell feed setup from the detachable magazine instead of tube magazine.
