I live in Rockford Illinois and it's saying that I have to ship it to an ffl dealer. I thought that these weren't considered firearms?or in my state do i just have to pick it up from a dealer?

Brian, Illinois State Restrictions:  ALL MUZZLELOADERS / BLACKPOWDER FIREARMS (handguns, long guns) MUST SHIP TO AN FFL DEALER. State restriction in the restricted state of IL that this firearm must be shipped to FFL to transfer to purchaser.
