Hi Franco - Reviewing the NY restrictions, I find no restriction against any pump shotgun. That said, I would suggest you contact a local FFL dealer in your area to double check .. even IF Buds would ship this to NY, which I really doubt - all due to the magazine(s) holding over 10 rounds. But, it may possibly be OK .. for now.

Franco, this Pump Action Shotgun is legal in NY. It will ultimately be your local FFL doing the transfer so I would make an inquiry Buds on shipping and with a local FFL on transferring as they should be well versed in your local gun laws.
