Justin, The shipping weights BUDs uses for ammunition are not exact. They are windows of estimated weight. Not to sound apathetic, but shipping is what it is. If you contact BUDs about your issue maybe they will give you some credit. 859-368-0371

Justin, weight estimation has been off on many items lately. I stopped when a Rock Island Armory 10mm magazine came in at 14lbs.
