Kenneth, This firearm ships with a 15 round detachable magazine to comply with 15 round capacity states like Colorado. If your in a free state this firearm will function with most standard AK magazines of any capacity.
Kenneth, most manufacturers including CMMG make firearm packages that have 10rd and 15rd magazines so their firearms can also be sold in states that have magazine capacity restrictions. The firearms are exactly the same as those listed with higher capacity magazines but, just have 10rd or 15rd mags included. The firearms will also accept any standard capacity magazines just fine.
