JaMarcus - Often, Buds will move the order to the shipping department as soon as it is processed ... but shipping might take a day or even two to actually ship the item(s). You will get a tracking number when the label is printed - but that does not mean the item is physically in the possession of the shipper and the tracking number will not 'track' until such time as the package is actually picked up and scanned in by the shipper (UPS or FedEx) - give it a day or so, then try again. I've always had pretty darn good luck with Buds shipping in a fairly fast manner.

JaMarcus, Be patient. It will be 7 to 10 days from when order goes to shipping. BUDs ships over 20,000 orders a week. I have always gotten whatever I've ordered from BUDs on hundreds of orders. No problems.

JaMarcus, Buds can be a little slow on sending tracking numbers. I have actually received packages with Buds still saying Shipping for my order.

shipping = it is being packaged and getting ready to ship it will say shipped and you will have a tracking number when it ships
