Joshua, yes Sir. Just inspect it before you complete the transfer at your FFL. If something is not right just refuse the transfer and contact Buds who will arrange pickup and once received back, will refund your money.

Joshua, You always have the option of not accepting the transfer if you see a problem. This rifle would need 60,000 plus rounds through it to be 'shot out'. BUDs inspects and grades pre owned firearms. They have it as 'great condition' 90% to 100%. You concerns about 'shot out' barrel is unfounded.
