Robert, no Sir. This rifle has too many California restricted features such as a combination of detachable magazine, Pistol grip, Folding or telescoping stock, Flash suppressor or flash hider etc. Details under Rifles here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf
