Corey, Charging handle is not included and not needed. I have this conversion kit. Have used it on DPMs, Windham Weaponry, Ruger, Core 15, Bushmaster, Radical FA, and Del Ton AR 15s. No issues using the charging handle in each rifle. Functions just fine without any special charging handle.

Corey, a Charging Handle is not included nor needed as the stock Charging Handle will work no issue. Cheers!
