So i bought a gift card and now i want to use it but every time i try to use the gift card the cart gives me a poppup telling me the card either does not exist or the balance is 0 so i'm guessing the card has not been activated yet. so i wonder if there is a confirmation process i need to wait on or something so i can use my git card

Matthew, my purchased gift cards have been activated usually within 30 minutes on the weekend and almost immediately during business hours during weekdays. Does it show a balance when you go to - Order Status/Account - Gift Cards? I would refresh that screen in a few minutes if it does not show a balance.
