This list of CA Compliant guns is by no means exhaustive, mostly it just exists as a convenience to filter through some guns that might otherwise be questionable. Other than one chambered in .50 BMG, all bolt action rifles that do not exceed the magazine capacity limit are CA legal including this one. The "assault weapon" nonsense pertains to semi-automatic guns mainly.
