I could not find anything in Colorado law stating that you could not have the firearm above shipped to a registered FFL of your choice.

The magazine capacity that comes with this pistol is non-compliant. BGS can remove the magazine to make the firearm compliant to ship to Colorado but will not replace the magazine. Please contact Customer Service at 859-368-0371, a the Agents will be happy to answer your questions
