The cheapest model is the same as the one for $499 but is only for qualified professional discount purchase. The difference in the manual safety models is that 3659BXR3MSMA is Massachusetts compliant. As far as needing the manual safety - up to you but in my opinion it is just an extra action I have to perform while trying to draw a gun quickly. A quality holster and proper training/safe handling makes a manual safety unnecessary in my book.

Robert, absolutely no differences Sir. Buds prices are tied to stock level and depending on how many of each is in stock, prices will vary.
