I prefer the standard pistol grip. To me the more rounded birdshead just feels like it wants to roll up in my hand more when shooting the gun

Frank, the bird heads grip fits nicely into the pocket of my palm and feels nice. I would mosey down to a local brick and mortar and try one first hand before you purchase one and end up not liking it Sir.
