Over double the capacity, better ergonomics, longer sight radius are all great. But this model is about 1.25" longer, 1.25" taller, and 0.3" wider overall which would be the main downside. I don't know what kind of build you are or your holster/carry setup but for me personally I find that I notice smaller form factor guns much less when carrying them and worry less about printing which generally makes me carry more often than I would otherwise. Though, if you're comfortable carrying/concealing a larger size I say go for it - should be a big upgrade in every other department. For what it's worth, I've been carrying around a P365 with the 12-round magazine for months now in either a pocket or IWB holster and I think it is the perfect fit for me, going to try getting one of the new 15-round mags for it to carry as a spare.

Kyle, I would write down a list of positives and negatives of both depending on their importance to you and make a decision from there Sir. Either works.
