To keep my 20 gauge Shockwave barrel free of dust and dirt I need a suggestion for a muzzle cover that I won't have to remove should I need to shoot in an emergency. Any suggestions.

Charles, a simple rubber band and piece of plastic (cut  from Walmart or other plastic bag such as dry cleaners plastic bag) will work.

Charles, Unless your carrying this on a combine or piece of construction equipment you will have no problem with household dust or dirt that will affect the operation of a Shockwave. A bag on this firearm will only get in the way.
