Mitchell, these two are bout equal in every category so either will work no issue. That being said, my personal choice would be the M&P II. My brother has one and says he will put it up against anything else in this class of AR's.

I've got the Del-ton and have shot it a lot over the last 3 years with no problems. I pick up cleared rounds from malfunctions at the range and today put about 150 rounds that malfunctioned and had to be cleared from other guns (some had dents in them) through the Del-ton without any problem.
