FAQ# 18. I just received my new gun. It looks used, as if it's been fired, what's up ? Many new firearms are test fired at the factory. You may notice residual powder, rotation marks on revolver cylinders, residual cosmoline which sometimes appears to look like rust, etc. All firearms sold as "new" are in fact new in box as received from the manufacturer or distributor and include new manufacturers warranty....no exceptions. Any used, factory recertified, certified pre-owned, show guns, or guns in any other condition than new in box will be clearly marked as such on the website. James , I would contact Buds to see what proposed resolution, if any, they may be able to do at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 11am - 7pm Sun (7 days a week).
James, BUDs does too much business to try to pull wool over customers eyes. If item is listed as 'New' that is the way it came from manufacturer. If firearm is not acceptable at transfer return it until your satisfied.
