only if you are a team buds member and if you are going to do a layaway I don't understand why a person would not join team buds. A 90 day layaway (non Team buds ) will cost $25.00 in fees. TB gets you free layaways and costs $29.95 the 1st year and $24.95 after that If you do 2 layaways a year you come out ahead
