Joseph, yes Sir. It will fit and function just fine on the PC Carbine platform.

it will fit but it would not work well it would be mounted on the top of the rail and if you mounted the gun to your sholder the laser would block your view of the target

Joseph, The laser will work. You don't have to mount on top rail to block sights. If you have PC Carbine with M-Lok forend lots of places to mount or on the bottom pic rail section at the front bottom of stock if you do not have M-Lok forend option.

Yes it will work. Sometimes adapters are needed. I have a flashlight on my Ruger.
