Benjamin, Yes the adjustable brace is what makes the maximum and minimum lengths. So it is too long when fully extended to fall in the legal pistol category in MI.

Benjamin, with the adjustable Brace it would technically not be legal. It would have to be fixed below 26 inches. I would also as a local FFL their opinion for interpretation on legality as well.
