Kian, Not in CO. Firearm must be shipped in configuration it comes from manufacturer. No alterations allowed. If CO allowed alteration BUDs could pull the standard capacity magazine and you would purchase restricted magazines.

Klan, if the magazine capacity is the only reason a firearm is not State compliant, I have heard from other members that Buds Customer Service will replace/remove magazines. Just contact them at  1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm 7 days a week.
