Gary, Yes you can remove existing muzzle device and install AAC 51T ratchet attach muzzle device. Plenty of room to attach muzzle device and suppressor.
You can remove the muzzle device and underneath are the 1/2x28 threads you would need for a 51T mount however the threads of the barrel are, as you've noticed, occluded by the end of the handguard which may cause issues. It would be unwise to mount a brake or flash hider that directs any blast into the handguard itself and also the inner diameter of the handguard might be a bit small for trying to fit a suppressor under as well depending on the diameter. I do not know the inner diameter of the handguard but the outside is only 1.5".
Gary, the muzzle device does come off. This pistol has a Blast Diverter installed on the 7.5 inch barrel with 1/2x28 threads.There are threaded adapters that you can use to extend the device from the hand guard.
