After reading some pretty horrible reliability reviews on the early versions of this gun, is this reliable as a primary everyday carry? It appears from ancedotal evidence that they may have corrected the issue with the light primer strikes as the manufacturing process matured. You either get a keeper or a dud. The ones I have tried have been reliable. Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button and they should be able to give you the manufactured date  We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
