Kevin. yes Sir. This is a full fledged NFA firearm due to the Shoulder Stock. All NFA rules apply here.

Kevin, Yes this SBR is a NFA item. Needs tax stamp and forms completed. BUDs probably pulled NFA disclaimer on description page because they have not been in stock for over 2 years.
