If I were to cut the barrel down to 4", thread it to 1/2x28 and then have a suppressor that screwed onto the threads and fit under the rail. Lists as a blowback system, is it a regular AR blowback, a piston, or like the Olympic Arms OA-93?

Michael, this is standard Blow Back operation like the Olympic Arms OA-93. An AR is Direct Impingement operation. It would still cycle with your proposed setup.
