George, Buds grades used firearms very conservatively. 90% to 10% will be in near mint/like new condition. If the picture is accurate, it has the Internal Lock. George, This firearm does have frame lock on it. 90% for BUDs is like new. If you had it brand new. took it to the range and shot a box of ammunition it would be 90%. It will be 'like new'.
