Joseph, only a Long Gun Sir. Federal law regulates the purchase of Handguns across State lines by a non resident. You should be able to have it shipped to a WV FFL for transfer to you though.

Joseph, If your gonna be in Lexington you can shop for a long gun. Can not buy handgun in a non resident state without shipment to FFL in your state of residence. Why worry about transferring over state lines when you can have the convenience of a delivery right to your area for transfer to you?
