Neil, All depends what Scar 16 you ordered. Model 98501 ships with 30 round magazine. Model 98601 ships with 10 round magazine.

Neil, it is the compliance model that comes with 10rd Magazines. It will readily accept standard capacity magazines/drums no issue.
