it will work just fine shooting the 45 LC rounds no extra cylinder needed just like using 38 special in a .357 make sure you clean the cylinder after shooting 45LC to prevent a carbon build up that would make the 454 rounds hard to load

Bret, no extra cylinder required Sir. This 454Casull Revolver will fire 45LC ammunition through the same cylinder all day long.
