They are shipping Gen II. The Gen I are out of production. In fact if you were to buy a new grip module for the P320 it includes the Gen II slide release parts to change a Gen I to the Gen II configuration as they don' make the Gen I grip modules anymore. I have a Gen II P320C (purchased from Buds last year) and love it.
