Bruce, yes SIr, this will work no issue. If your lower is a complete lower roll with what you got. If not, any standard AR Trigger group will work from basic to Geissele, your choice depending on your needs/wants.

It will be just fine with the Anderson lower and any standard AR style trigger will work just fine
