Its legal and you should be able to as you can buy long guns across state lines as long as the sale is legal in BOTH states (unless it is against Buds policy)  I suggest that you Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button  . I would also make sure that the FFL that you select will do a transfer to you (some FFL holders will not do a sale to a non-resident)  We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

Jeffrey, long guns can be legally purchased across state lines when the sale does not violate either State's gun laws.
