Patrick, this is a direct thread for a 5/8x24 threaded barrel. Any other barrel thread pattern would require (that thread pattern) to 5/8x24 adapter.

Patrick, Your choice. You can direct thread this on a 5/8 x 24 TPI threaded muzzle or get an adapter for the muzzle device that would accept that adapter.
