I plan to replace the hand guards on this rifle with Colt factory Carbine handguards. The Colt ones are carbine-length and have 7 holes on top, and they are heat shielded on both the top and bottom sides. Will the Colt factory handguards fit on the SW M&P Sport 2? I know the Sport 2 is not a free floated barrel- I am not sure about Colt AR's... Will the Colt furniture fit on the Sport 2? Thanks!

Christopher, the standard Colt Hand guard will fit fine and is not free floated so no worries.
